On http://www.CarolStream.org/ there are the list of "all" of the red light cameras that are located in Carol Stream, to keep their citizens informed. Here is a screenshot below.
But, according to the http://www.photoenforced.com/
There are more red light cameras than are stated by the Village of Carol Stream website
They have this list for Carol Stream, as pictured below.
Most regular driver in this city know of most of these, but why does Carol Stream try to hide it? We'll find out when I call tomorrow to ask these questions
