Carol Stream is named after the woman pictured below. Now this is just an opinion, but why wouldn't you live in a city named after you! Carol Stream needs to create some new graphics because the image below, from their website, looks like a 3rd grader created it using the program paint. I believe 95% of people aged 13 or older could create something better.
